- Trade your Win95 in on NT 3.51. You can get NT on the street for ~$135.
- Then I'm pretty sure that the OpenGL thing will work for you.
- You will also have an operating system.
- I predict that Win95 will rewrite your life if you try serious C/C++
- programming with it.
